Colour Love: Sundaes on Sunday with Louis Vuitton

I spent my Friday night in, catching up and reading this months magazines and have to say I am totally IN LOVE with the Spring Summer 2012 ad campaign for Louis Vuitton's range by Marc Jacobs. It's shot by Steven Meisel and directed by Marc Jacobs himself. Icecream parlouresque, it's so pretty, pink and retro, filled with pastels and candy. All my favourite ingredients!

Belated Love: Valentine's and Buttons

Image from Eva Black Designs via Pretty Paper Things

Well, we are drawing to the end of Valentine's Day and I'm only just getting round to posting on here. I had planned to fill my blog with lots of oohs and ahhs, hearts and pink & red things I've been collecting over the weeks, but as usual I'm running behind schedule...

So, here is a quick little post that I couldn't miss sharing asap.  Today I stumbled across the blog of HermioneRose and  her delicious buttons. Made lovingly by hand in Cornwall. The cupcake is my favourite!! They remind me of the hours of fun I had with Fimo as a child. Hermione I think they are good enough to eat!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!

Notebook Love : New Year, new notebook

So a new year starts again.....I don't know about you but I am a great one for writing lists, keeping notes and jotting down ideas. I have a small obsession with notebooks (and that is an understatement). I have a whole shelf in my bookcase with empty notebooks/journals I have bought because I love the look, feel and smell of them. If I added up the amount of money I spend on notebooks I have fallen in love with and just HAD to buy  (which I never use), I think I'd feel a bit sick!

Anyway, what better time than the new year to start a new notebook to fill with my resolutions and fabulous ideas for 2012. Below are a selection of some of my favourites.

Happy New Year readers and blogger friends. Wishing you a fantastical and inspiring 2012!

'I believe in pink' notebook  *  Loewe notebook boxset

Amanda Ross Field Notebooks

Sparrow Nest Script notebooks
Notebooks designed by Pearl Lowe

Paul Smith Notebook - Liberty

All from Anthropologie
Have A Cupcake Journal * Rob Ryan Notebook - Liberty

Floral Pip Studio notebooks  *  Monogrammed notebook

Large chucky wrap leather journal  *  Liberty crafted leather journal

What a great idea to customise your own Kraft Moleskine notebook with rubber stamping. I could get quite excited about this! In fact I've just found the Moleskine Artists Marketplace. Think I'm a bit behind with the times. Here are a few more I found on Etsy...

Packaging Love: One of a Kind

Since starting up my blog I have been following the lovely blog 'Lobster and Swan' by Jeska Hearne. A couple of weeks ago Jeska did a post on the boutique One of a kind. Straight away I fell in love with the little urban garden trees and badges designed by illustrator Kate Rawlinson. I know a lot of my friends would love them too so I put in my order for a few Christmas presents and have just received my parcel this morning. I have to say it's absolutely beautiful! All the little details, it made me flutter inside. I couldn't open it without taking some photos to share with you. I can't show you the contents yet as some of my readers might be receiving them but I now want to buy things for everyone....watch our Kate, I might be putting in another order very soon! (Please see One of a kind's competition below)

!!*COMPETITION*!!
Kate has just sent me an email asking me to let you know that she is currently running a competition to name a new tree in her urban garden. You can enter here. The winner will be announced on 16th December.

House Love: Dreamy Home

How gorgeous is this London apartment? It's got my name all over it! Organised clutter at it's best, mixed in with fab colours and rustic furnishings. I saw it on Shoot Factory.
